I got an email from search-registry.org they said I have to register my site and pay 397 dollars in order to be referenced on google, yahoo and bing is this true?
You can keep creating content and Google and others will index you sometime. The faster way would be to sign up with webmasters tool at Google and submit your site, your site's sitemap and request a indexing. Also signing up with webmasters will give you insights about crawl errors and other useful features like rich snippets, authorship, crawl errors, index rate, click-through rates etc.
I really apologize for jacking your conversation!! But I can't figure out how to get on the search engine at all ..in spite of that video and online google (webmaster) prompts. I need someone to just walk me through this...can you help me??
No, you don't need to do that. They just want you to register in their registry, no point doing that.

When entering awesome keywords into my all in one SEO it says comma separate them without a space. What if your keyword is more than one word like sample lesson plan. I
What it means is type your keywords in separate by a comma and don't put space in between. Like this:
Keyword number 1,keyword number 2,keyword .....
