Searching For Information or Wanting Something Then Provide Some Information

The WA platform has such an abundance of information and knowledge as well as some really switched on members that have indeed years of experience in the online world and only too willing to help, we are indeed blessed to be here.

The training is self-paced and combined with the various classrooms in-depth. Having said that there are occasions where there is a gap in our knowledge or areas where the skill set could do with a little helping hand.

The first port of call could be the little white box in the top menu bar, type what you are searching for, there will be a drop down menu. I see that the display of the drop-down menu has been changed to make it much more user-friendly. The WA platform just keeps on improving all good for us I think.

If you don't find what you are looking for then ask a question of the community, folks are asking questions for various reasons to either fill that knowledge gap or to get a better technical understanding, some folks are asking questions to gain ranking. There is so much knowledge to tap into.

Just a little observation if you are asking a question try to provide some appropriate information as to what you are actually requiring and what your problem is, and possibly about the outcomes that you are looking for. Instead of getting frustrated you may find what you are looking for.

Especially if you PM someone wanting some advice or for them to do something for you, give some relevant information so that the person receiving your request has some information to go on. You may find that it could be a very fruitful experience and you get the results that you want.

In closing, like they say the only question unanswered is the question that was never asked.
