After I updated to Premium Plus+, my notifications are not updating. I can't see the new ones however many times I click on the bell. Why is happening?
Hi Eugene, I loggged out refeshed my page and logged back in and it seemed to sort it, someone had the same issue on live chat this morning and it seemed to work for now until the bug is fixed. Hope that helps, Phil
Hi - it's a known bug since they updated the platform. Kyle is aware of it and Site Support is working on a fix.

Unable to see new notifications when click on the bell?
After I updated to Premium Plus+, my notifications are not updating. I can't see the new ones however many times I click on the bell. Why is happening?
Hi Eugene, things have changed with the notifications as well as other areas. I do believe this is a glitch that Kyle is aware of, and it applies to both premium and premium + members.
I just mark the messages I have read, as read by clicking on the envelope within the notifications, and do a refresh. It seems to work.

Carson did say that bug had been fixed. When I contacted site support they asked for a screenshot so send them one showing you with Jaaxt lite or pro
When the new UX and Membership Plan was launched last week, there were issues with Jaaxy Enterprise being applied. However, this was resolved within a few days, and when I upgraded on Monday, I immediately received accessed to Enterprise. I know this doesn't help you right now, but what I'm getting at, is that it should have worked, so if it is not, even after refreshing the page, then you will need to contact SiteSupport, so that they can activate it for you.

I don't have an answer for that Eugene, but maybe it is a software thing. I upgraded my Mailchimp yesterday and it was about 4 or 5 hours later until I could use the up-graded features.
