How to get the most out of your relationship with customers

It's always important to remember that your prospects are people. You want to be able to get close and personal with them so you can understand their needs, wants, and desires better than anyone else does. The best way to do this is by getting involved in online communities where they hang out the most!

What is the best way to get close and personal with your prospects? The answer: Social Media. Getting to know them on a more intimate level will help you generate leads that convert into paying customers! It's not just about marketing anymore, this is all about getting up close and personal with the people who are going to buy from you.

Some people have a fear of rejection or they might not know how to reach out in a way that builds rapport. The next thing is to create a plan for initiating contact. Sometimes it's as simple as having an elevator pitch ready so you can start up a conversation on the go!

How to bring engaged conversation and relationship

Once you have initiated contact, then there are four steps that need to be taken: listen actively, ask questions about them and their business needs, acknowledge their feelings and concerns respectfully without dismissing them outright, and finally provide solutions by presenting your offer in such a way that benefits both parties.

The old saying "get close and personal" with your prospects is more true than ever in today's digital world. We live in an era where social media has taken over, and the way we interact with one another has changed dramatically. Gone are the days of cold calling or mailing out brochures to get new customers; now all you need is a computer, some creativity, and a good internet connection.

As the year winds down, it is easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of all that needs to be done. However, one important task you need to make sure you do is maintain contact with your prospects.

As a business owner, you have the opportunity to literally get close and personal with your prospects. This is an opportunity that can't be missed! Get close by developing relationships with potential customers - not just one-time transactions.

How to create a blog that brings you closer to those who matter most

Become friends on Facebook or connect via LinkedIn so they know who you are before they need your services. The more time you spend getting to know them personally, the better chance of conversion when it's time for them to buy from you.

It's not always easy to get close and personal with your prospects. But it is the only way to really connect with them, understand their needs, and build a better relationship that will lead to conversion.

Many people think that marketing is all about getting your message out there and hoping for the best. But this approach doesn't work anymore. If you want to grow your business, you need to get close and personal with prospects so they can see who you really are and what you have to offer.

In the world of sales, there are many things that you need to be doing well in order to succeed. But what about getting close? It's a simple yet often overlooked tactic that can have a huge impact on your success!

I agree -- if you can develop friendships with your prospects, you are on the winning circuit.

I have my FB group, "A Clowder of Cat Ladies." Many of those folks also subscribe to my website. The group gives me a chance to get to know folks better, so I feel it is beneficial.

Fran, you just gave me an idea of creating my own FB group. We need to hang out, I'm more of a Twitter guy but FB is also a huge venue to meet people.

I also post my new articles on both Twitter and FB. However, I do get quite a bit of interaction from the FB group folks.

Great stuff Eugene.

Thanks Steve

Eugene, getting personal with our customers is the only way they will be able to know , like and trust us

This is the fastest way of us achieving success and fulfilling our dreams

Right again, Simone, we need to greet and meet, otherwise, how can we expect to do business.

Exactly :)

I totally agree, Eugene! I am close and personal with all of my physical customers, and for the online ones I keep in contact, but it is just not the same!

Jeff

Face to face to me has great advantages. We need to shake hands and talk to people. Thanks Jeff

It certainly does, Eugene! It's how I roll for sure!
