Continued fitness journey and where i am now
When we first got our gym membership i did nothing but body weight and mat exercises, the weights intimidated me i was scared that if i tried them id be mocked by all the "strong guys" after a few weeks i thought id give it a try, i will never regret that decision. like everyone i started with light weights but as time went by i got stronger and stronger, as of now i am a self-trained power lifter, working everyday to be stronger than the day before. some of my lifts include 200lb deadlift's and 260lb squats. i take my training very seriously and feel very passionate about this hobby of mine. i would love to weight lift compete soon and in the long run be an athletic trainer. im here to motivate you!! next week ill be doing a professional fitness photo shoot so stayed tuned for transformation pictures! :)
