Resurrecting History..
My website is about old antiques and how important history is in our lives. Without having knowledge on our history we can't improve our future. Theres a sane that says: THOSE WHO DON'T LEARN FROM HISTORY ARE DOOMED TO REPEAT IT. Resurrecting old antiques is like resurrecting history because we tend to learn a great deal from the tiniest artifact, old antiques, collectibles, you name it theres knowledge in every piece found, unearthed or simply handed down from generation to generation. But if you pay attention to our society today and I hate to say this but it's not the way our ancestors wanted us to live? I mean our society cares more about a cellphone that they put tremendous efforts on maintaining it, then actually learning from it. If only we could put so much effort on learning and educating ourselves on our past history from reading books, studying artifacts, learning from their mistakes and actually reading the constitution you could see where WE AS THE PEOPLE does not exist in our society today....
Thats why old antiques, books, artifacts, pieces of our history are essential in our lives for if we don't honor our past and learn from our past we will never learn to appreciate the struggles our ancestors went through but over came their triumphs for they learned from their past ancestors and educated themselves not to fail!!!!!! SO I SAY: THOSE WHO DON'T LEARN FROM HISTORY ARE DOOMED TO REPEAT IT:

Thanks for this article.
It reminds me of a bronze cooker we had in the 60s but now is gone.
The beads being worn by our grandmother since I was a child, now it's gone. All those if still exist today could have been as old as I am.
They speak of the second world war.

I am an antique hound, so I like your website. History usually repeats itself though. Look back at history, you know. We as a people never learn. We are a warring nation and still warring over religion after 2016 yeas. And more.
