The training is intensive and comprehensive, but they are with you every step of the way, and if you get stuck you can just post a question and the community will answer. I would spend some time on live chat , as you can get the answers you need faster sometimes.

Your progress really depends on how much time you are willing to put in and how well you implement the strategies that are taught.

I would suggest to avoid becoming overwhelmed, to consume the training in digestible chunks until your sure you have a basic understanding of the fundamentals of setting up an online business and building out a website assuming you've never done that before.
