Good morning! Since I've joined WA, I visited many hunreds of profiles and I do not understand why so many people do not list their websites on their profile.

I think it's because some people might copy ideas? or they are not a aware that was there, I been on profiles where they put it on there about.
I like to ask people why they don't put it on their page. May people do not know they can do it or they have to do it because it does not appear by itself!
I'm still training up , but as soon as I'm ready il be puting my out there to get feed back and advice how to improve it , I've read some people take other people's ideas , but really they arnt helping them selfs doing that , I can understand why people don't put on , it's own personal choice , Good question tho :-)
If someone want to copy my site, it is their problem as it continually evolves so they will only get an unfinished work and a lot less good that what it is becoming! They would have to do it day after day to get everything up to date. So much work to do that! They're better having their own it will take less time and energy! ;-)
Makes no sense to me, either. Some members even put their website urls below a sign-off signature at the end of each blog post - and that doesn't bother me one bit. Just good, non-aggressive, self promotion.
Good idea! You never get promoted enough! And criticism never killed anyone. It helps you grow in maturity!

According to the long termers here it depends on niche, keywords, quality content etc. One guy here said for his new niche sites first sale is around the 3 mth mark and regular sales after 6.
I got my first sale around 3 mths in on first site. Second site is 2 mths old, just adsense for that one, as you say, I'll take it!
All money is welcome and there is no small amount! We thank God for every penny coming in! And we expect more each and everyday! From now on, our success can only be YES and AMEN! God bless you!

My first sale was 6 months later, 3 refferals accepted my invite on the month of october and 2 of them upgraded to premium. I was ecstatic! Totally a confidence and motivation booster.

Hi! The first thing for you would be to put a picture so that we can see you!
Then you should start with the lessons (green button indicating "Get started here"). Do each lesson and make sure you do everything it says to do each time before to go at the next lesson.
Third step would be to upgrade to WA Premium as it will allow you to get the full setup to be successfull in that business.
It is not a get rich quick thing. It is a real business. You have to work hard to make it work. But then it will reward you.

Hi kenaltizio, the first thing I did was getting familiar with WA, there's a video in the introduction that shows you how everything works and it also encourages us to get involved in asking questions and replying to other peoples comments, I hope this helps if I can do anything else let me know, as I'm also new at this.

As a newbie I feel the same, getting answers to these questions motivates us to work even harder.
I wanted to share a bit about myself, I've been trying to get on board with IM for the past six months I actually build a few websites with the help of Fiverr, thinking that it would be a simple journey to success.
But as I found out IM is a skill that requires a lot of hard work and perseverance, I guess what I'm trying to say is that being motivated sometimes is not enough, instead we need more patience and dedication.

I think that's a question on everyone's mind and a very valid one. From my research it seems 3-12 months. I don't have to tell you that it's what you put into it. I love that you are in the "now" and ready to receive. Personally I feel that being mentally ready is just as important as having all the other elements cohesive. What I'm doing is really concentrating on getting the site pretty tight and working out a weekly, monthly content and SEO goals. I think while I'm busy planning and keeping ahead of the game both mentally and with the site it will just happen.... That I know.

one observation - ok, I haven't got to the adsense lesson yet - but when I go on to your site to read about probiotics I am immediately hit by an ad for Allianz and the GAA !

Thanks for your comment! I'll be looking at it! We have not much control on what Google put on our pages. They are supposed to put something that has a connection with what's in the page but sometimes the results are a bit stupid... They do not always help us to promote our things.

Well, that is one difficult question to reply. As in making money online, I guess like all business not everyone make that much money. I am sure as you know in the real business world, though many people that you know are i business doesn't really means that they are making money.
Some of them might even be struggling today, with a hope that they will be securing their future in days to come.
Overall this question cannot be answer with just a few words through the internet. Maybe you can google up and try reading some post of it.

I really would like to understand more about where they money comes from... what percentage is generated from WA promotion; how much from product sales; how much from affiliation sales; can you really get advertisers on your site? And what are the triggers that drive those results?
I don't need to make a million dollars, but I don't want to chase fool's gold either...

That being said, I would also like someone to say, "I stayed the course, took me well over a year, really two years, but now I make enough money to support my family with my online business."

I too am struggling with success early on, but I got in for the long haul. All indicators are that my site will take off and the money will come. I have made money before online, but never with real lasting success. The biggest problem was the foundation I had laid. It was not solid where as here I can see this will run on momentum. It does take time and effort to get sales and earn a living online. It does not happen fast.
I can see from here you joined WA around 1 week ago and the Domain name you left here is just 4 days old.
To gain authority and get traffic can take months to achieve so it will need a lot of time and patience and would not expect your first sale just yet.
There are people that make good money on here but to put a number on it is hard. I myself make a couple of hundred a month after being here 4 months.
Keep up the good work. As new as your site is it looks really great.

It does take time and effort to get sales and earn a living online. It does not happen fast.
I can see from here you joined WA around 1 week ago and the Domain name you left here is just 4 days old.
To gain authority and get traffic can take months to achieve so it will need a lot of time and patience and would not expect your first sale just yet.
There are people that make good money on here but to put a number on it is hard. I myself make a couple of hundred a month after being here 4 months.
Keep up the good work. As new as your site is it looks really great.
