Since I just started my 1st Website with WA.
I would like to know what is the "Basic" recommended WP Plugins that everyone thinks is the Best?
Please Advise,
There are so many plugins available for you to use. As you go through training you will be introduced to a few and when you get your niche all figured out you will have access to many plugins that will help you design and develop your website....So be patient and go through the training first.
Hi Eric and welcome to our community.
As you work through the lessons you will learn about other WP plugins that are worth loading but if you have just started the standard WP plugins are already loaded on your website.
Head to the lessons and rest assured that Wealthy Affiliate have your back on the plugins for now. If you have problems or issues later than check out the question bar for past answers or blog us with your problem and get some advice.
There are many plugins out there but they are specific to different problems.
Focus on writing content to get your business up and running.
Regards,
Lily
Plugins are used for many various things, so it's hard to pinpoint some of the "best plugins" in general.
Plugins for social media?
Plugins for short codes?
Plugins for tables?
All in all, plugins should be used lightly on your site, especially if you're new and/or your website is newer. As you move forward creating content, you'll gradually understand plugins more and will be able to dive into some that will benefit your website in specific ways.
Hope this helps a bit! Hopefully I'll see the notification if you reply, cheers! 👍

Only add plugins that you really need to make your site function the way you want. There are thousands of plugins and they all have different uses.
When you do actually need to choose a plugin for a particular purpose look for one with lots of active installations, good reviews, and has been updated recently.
