What is your Favorite Plugin for your Word Press Site & Provide a Short Description Why?

Also just because it's somebody else's favourite doesn't mean be yours. There is often conflict between plug-ins more conflict than anything else on WordPress when website and something that may work on someone else's site may not work on yours
Would be better to split Plugins into various categories Security / SEO / Social / Caching / Contact Forms etc and ask people for their favourite in each category. As just having one favourite out of all is too complicated for most people to answer.
Well as they all serve different purposes it is a hard one to answer.
I am a big fan of the Contact Form plugin though... Having a contact page for me works really well and people seem to be happy to use it... seen some good results from this!
