Smashing the myths

My friends, my WA, family, no wealth creator became successful from the used of academic management books, or self-improvement courses, or positive-thinking courses. Those courses and books offer inspiration, not integration. Their many authors do not know business, they do not have my friends the slightest idea about real business.

They are indeed writers or professors and not successful businessmen or businesswoman They only observe power/money giants and write down what may sounds good, however as writers they simply do not possess the integrated range of experience or knowledge in order to pull together all dimensions into a single power/money tool.

Only through hard, personal experience did the majority of the power/money giants learn the many subtle integrations within their careers. They surely know that making money comes from integration, not merely inspiration. Like them, we need a fully integrated approach, not my friends a number of non integrated techniques plucked arbitrarily from some idolized leading companies' and flocked together for a so-called magical management approach.

Plucking those lessons or techniques out of their unique, highly integrated structures leaves those techniques out of context and very dangerously misleading. The glib thick and thin best-sellers cause big time failure.

Many of these authors of the so-called popular search of excellence, instant manager, positive-thinking management books as well as success books and self-improvement do not have the integrated range of knowledge or direct experience to truly understand business.

These people did not work year after year, grinding out detail after detail, putting together profit structure after profit structure in running a major company or in building a fast growing company. Most of them never exposed themselves to the honest, hard thought and grueling effort of business. Yet they have the nerve to glibly present authoritative slogans and scenarios on how to succeed.

(These pretenders of knowledge) By zooming in on the almost magical success scenarios of the worlds best-run companies'-conveniently missing the whole point and only point to the companies' success, the many years of grinding out the right integrations-these authors provide only a fun to read romanticized view of business

Their romanticized formulas my friends to success became an especially attractive item to the young adults who wants to create business. All of us like fast success through easy sounding approaches. However, the romanticized approach, regardless of all the lip service to hard work, is impotent and artificial.

Moreover, my friends, the leading companies' admired in the excellence books offer very little real value to the reader. This is the deal my friends, reading about even the most successful business program without really knowing its many integrations will no more make someone successful as watching Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous will make someone a celebrity. And this my friend is how I feel about it.
