We all has, or have fears, however when we let them affect our decisions we make, and stop living our life the way we want to, it is definitely the time to face up to them. With some good hard work and the willingness to step outside of our comfort zone, we can conquer our anxiety and reach our greatest potential.

The majority of people have hopes, dreams, goals and aims for all the things that they really want to receive out of life. The once in a lifetime experience they've dreamed of since childhood, or that perfect job that they would love to do. or leaving that 9 to 5, and becoming a successful internet marketer.

First I believe it is will worth asking the way, do people develop fears in the first place. Sophie Sabbage, the author of Lifeshock, had worked with a very large amount of clients, helping them all to resource themselves with the skills of life they will need to enjoy more fulfilled and peaceful lives, gain confidence and run successful businesses by overcoming their fears. Sophie uses the acronym ( False Evidence Appearing Real ) to describe fear. My friends many are based on the things we ourselves tell ourselves about something, or what we believe may happen if we do certain things, or what we believe about ourselves, which most of it is profoundly false, Sophie says.

The mind-talk, as Sophie describes it, often is develops as a result of the beliefs we pick up from a young age, often in response to a life shock. A moment in time when our perception of how we may see collides with how life really is. Here is an example, you may have told yourself that you are useless after only making a simple mistake as a child. This creates a fearful state within you, which can run your life. However, it is possible to take total control of your thinking and dispel the myths that you have created about yourself. As Sophie explains, we can indeed challenge and change what we may think, and that my friends, is a very empowering thing.

Signals of danger

Miss Claire Taylor is a business owner who had struggled throughout her life with the fear of speaking in public-something that is commonly shared by many people-for as long as she could remember. She explains, it was just the thought of my brain freezing and I wouldn't know what to say. She goes on to say, I do not want to be embarrassed, it always stops me from doing so many things I had really wanted to do.

Claire 's reaction is a normal human response to facing a fear, as Rachel Hard, who is a registered psychologist explains, There is an entire section of the brain that has the job to lookout for danger. It is an adaptive process that results in a fight, flight, or a freeze response, protective mechanisms that will help keep us safe. As Claire's fears interpreted public speaking was a danger, always creating a state of anxiety whenever she would think about it. When such feelings arise it is all too easy to walk into a state of negative rumination which, in turn, always creates more drama around the source of the sneaky anxiety. This always makes the problem feel much bigger, more scary, therefore my friends the prospect of facing the fear less likely.

As Sophie Sabbage said, the irony of it all is that usually these fears are not even true, however people behave as though they are. So not knowing how to respond to a question at school, or pronouncing a word incorrectly, could embed a belief in a child's mind that they can never be trusted to say the right thing, that could trigger a lifelong dialogue of negative mind-talk. For Claire, there came a point in time she had to confront the issue. The bottom line is, kick the fear out the door.

Good morning my friend, you are absolutely correct. I wrote this blog in Hope that those that are in our community with fear understand they can kick it to the Curve may you have a very beautiful Sunday.

There is a direct correlation between your ability to get very uncomfortable and your success level. Growth almost always lies outside our comfort zone. Indeed, facing these fears and embracing the gifts we receive because of that is crucial to success. Best of luck.

Brian

Good evening my friend, you are correct, however for one to overcome their fears they must face this demon head on. Refuse to let this demon of fear take them over, refuse to let this demon destroy their dreams. Create a new mindset and always believing in their selves, and in their abilities. May you have a outstanding weekend.

Agreed. Thank you, and have a great weekend.

Brian

What you say is truth. In order to succeed, we often have to change our mindset. To change mindset, we need to root out in the brain and find the beliefs that are limiting us. Fears are a biggie. We have to find a way to conquer that fear if we want to reach our goals and succeed.

Good evening my sister, yes indeed mindset is everything. I have watch several individuals who have joined WA, through my sight and truly froze up. Believing that they could not do this because of the fear of the training, WOW. Fear have stop so very many people from being successful, it is a real pity. May you have a wonderful weekend.

Good evening my friend, yes yes, fear is a dark demon that robs a vast amount of people of their dreams. This demon paralyzes people from being happy, steals their destiny from their hearts. I have seen it with my own eyes, it brings tears to my heart. May you have a joyful weekend my friend.

As I always say, If you are in a safe place, then the fear is perceived, and it is time to face it and overcome. It is possible to do when we set our minds to it.

Well done, my friend.

Laura

Good evening Laura, yes it can be overcome, yes this demon can be kicked to the curb. However the individual has to be willing to face the fear head-on. Most of all believe in their selves, unfortunately I have seen fear chase people away from WA. What a shame it truly is to see people who might has been successful chase away by that demon fear. May you have a blessed weekend my sister.
