Cracked the Top 200! My experience with Wealthy Affiliate
My experience with Wealthy Affiliate is one I'm growing happier with by the minute. I'm very proud of myself tonight. In a community of over 100,000, I've cracked the top 200! I want to share the top features I love the most about Wealthy Affiliate and how using them can help anyone and everyone succeed with their online business.
From day 1, my experience with Wealthy Affiliate has been such a positive one.
From the onset, you're guided by the hand step by step. The second I joined WA, the welcome video showed me everything available to me, and more importantly exactly where to start.
It wasn't just a bunch of information and training that I'd have to navigate blindly. I felt like I had a personal guide that was going to show me the ropes every step of the way.
The video tutorials in each and every lesson set you up for success. I'm a visual person. Yeah, I can follow written instruction, but when you show me exactly where to go and even where to click during each and every lesson towards accomplishing a goal, it gets burned into my brain forever.
The step by step written instruction paired with the video walkthroughs make each course lesson a breeze to understand. And whenever there's something I didn't quite get, I could just rewind the video and watch it again.
The WA community is the most interactive and helping online community I've been a part of. Right from the start after I set up my profile and made a description I started seeing these total strangers within the Wealthy Affiliate community taking the time to welcome me aboard, congratulating me on taking the first step towards my goals.
Its a very pay it forward vibe here. After only a couple days in, I saw the writing on the wall and just how much more I could get out of going premium so I did. Again, all these new faces from within the community congratulating me and leaving messages on my profile confirmed to me that I had made the right choice.
As I started to develop my website I was able to get instant feedback and have brand new eyes take a look at what I was doing and offer their helping opinion. And as I moved on to content creation, after each and every post the first site comments I receive are consistently from the community here. Everyone takes an active interest in your work, and following their lead you end up doing the same for them. And not to be overlooked is the fact that, because of this, your posts are getting SEEN. They're getting INTERACTION. Google loves this and it gets our sites ranking and gets our posts to the masses organically.
The course lessons take you from internet zero to internet hero. I was definitely the perfect example of someone who had no understanding at all of what made websites successful. It's amazing how the right training passed down in the right way and in the right order can so dramatically change our understanding of a concept that was once foreign to us.
The way I put together a post has COMPLETELY changed because of this and I'm seeing immediate results. I'm nowhere near the end of my training and I can't wait to see where this leads.
All this adds up to someone who started green and now feels very much a part of a great community and is seeing the results he signed up for. (When did I start writing in the third person? Lol.) I feel like I'm an active participant in not only my success, but in the success of others. I take breaks from my own site to help others with questions they have on theirs. I keep an online journal, this one you're reading now, to keep track of my progress.
***Total strangers from across the internet from all over the world are finding my articles and taking action and revenue is starting to come in.***
That's what we sign up for right? That's what it's all about. You have to be patient. We all want instant returns. But life (and Google) don't work out that way. Your site needs time to mature, but trust me when I say that the foundational work you put in through the training from the very beginning pays off! Don't give up! Don't stop at the 1 yard line just before you're about to score! Be stubborn with your own success. Don't stop until you get there.
And at the end of the day all this interaction within the communityis rewarded with an increase in rank and I can scratch another goal of five my list.

Thank you so much. It'll be 2 months next week. I've found that im inspired by so many people and what they're doing, so by being active here and doing my best to answer questions from those who are just joining, I'm learning the craft better.

Clyde! It's a fun ride that's for sure. I think the most important thing is to just stick with everything Kyle shows you, step by step, and try not to get ahead of yourself. It's human nature and i was guilty of it. I'd read posts on here on certain things people were doing to get certain results, and I'd jump all over that, and then a few lessons later it'd be right there in the training. I realized as long as i stick with the course lessons I'll be getting all those awesome tidbits and techniques in time. And when you stick with the course lessons you get those awesome bits of information when your site is ready for it.
Trust the system and stay involved! The community pumps me up and I've found that it helps with my writing too.
Another important thing, I've met people on here that had success in one month, and I've met people who's first success came after 6 months, and guess what, BOTH are doing it right and BOTH are very successful now.
By not getting caught up in timelines you can just focus on growing the site and if you stick with it, success comes on its own.

All you have to do is be active and help others. Be active with your blog and act like it's an accountability partner. Follow the course lessons and create content as it tells you to.
