Just wondering if anyone else has encountered a problem with a second user set to admin status?

Resource

Thanks for your input. I followed the training and went back several times to ensure I was following the directions before I posted the question. I will have the site support team have a look.

Ah okay!

What seems to be the problem may I ask? That's if not figured out already so that to try to help. Thank you.

No. But if the problem is not solved, contact the SiteSupport team and ask them the check it out for you.

Thank you for your suggestion. I will take your advice.

You're welcome. Did you manage to get the solution?

Yes, I did. I deleted the current user and added the user back. Which resolved the challenge. Thanks

Awesome!

No problems.
Have you seen the following training?

That's the problem following the instructions but I still can't change subscriber to admin. No problem adding an additional user.

When you set up a new user do you mark their role ad Admin?

Yes, I did but I will go back and cancel that user, and create a new user. Thanks

Ok

Problem resolved. thanks for the help and suggestions.

No, I have multiple Admins on several of my sites. What problem are you running into?

Not being able to change an additional user to admin. I follow the instructions per the training but it will not allow me to change from subscriber to admin. ???

Are you logged in as an administrator? If you are, then when you add a new user, the drop-down next to Role should include Administrator.
