A Starter member can earn the following:
$4 from Special 1st month $19 price monthly
$11.75 for $49 monthly Premiums
$87.50 for yearly joiners!

I think you certainly can. As they teach in the training, people don't really care about what your site name is or looks like, they care about whether or not your posts adequately answer their keyword search. Keep creating content, even as a new starter in WA and not premium, and you can be successful. But know this is NOT a get rich quick. It is about what you put in consistently. Took me 1 year to make my first sale but it takes others 2 months sometimes. Its all your niche and your focus and your effort...all things you are in control of whether or not you are premium.
Still, I would find a way to go premium ASAP. There is so so so much value and they way undercharge for what you are getting. And you can start month-to-month if you want. I think it was like $50 a month? We all can give up something else to come up with $50 for something, if it is important enough to us.
