I have made a video to illustrate how I used a plugin to verify my websites for Google Webmaster Tools, but I can't upload it to my WA blog, so is it possible to link to it?
Yes it is doable with some small tricks. I shall add it as a blog.

Can we insert links into our wa blogs - link to a video?

If you are long enough premium member on WA, you can upload video's as training to WA.
Linking to videos one can do, but that won't automatically show them. Links you just copy right into WA blog from the top URL bar you find on pages or through share links.
You can then click on edit link (when you hover over the link) to change the display text.
That way I implemented a lot of links into my WA blog texts.

I can make pages, but I don't know how to create a post and add it to a page that I have already created. Please help!
Perhaps you are trying to create a category page? Creating A Category Page It'll list your posts on a "page" as you described. I'm not sure if that's the effect you're going for though.
Thanks a lot Nathaniel, you are the real deal. I will give it a try. Glad I SIGNED UP TO WA USING YOUR LINK! Best regards, Eric
You don't add posts to pages. Posts are posts and pages are pages. Two completely different things. Posts will show up on your blog page, pages will not.
This training might help you to understand the difference. The Differences Between Posts & Pages
I think the terminology is not good here, You do not add posts to pages. You can add post anywhere but it is not great to attach them under a page. Make a container instead, a menu item without its own url, with custom link #. Search in the tab above, there is a lot of material; try custom menu, drop down menu, etc.
