Hello, can anyone help me with how to add a sub category to my categories list in Wordpress.
I have added two sub categories to one of my categories, and they have been adde
You have to add it in the menu setting.
- Go to Menus.
- Select the menu to edit.
- Click on Add Items.
- Select Categories.
- Click the Plus icon next to the Category you want to add.
- Save the changes.
you need to add them to your menu and drag them under the parent category ( pull them to the right a bit and they will indent)
this will show them under the parent category.
creating categories is only for the database organization - you need to tell it what to do for the user interface.
