Your course outline has a step by step guide that will include how to build your website. Just follow each step in that green 'certification' link on the left of your page until you have all the building blocks.

ALSO - Beneath this green 'certification' you'll see a light blue 'site rubix' link. When you click on this, you'll see a drop-down menu which includes a 'site builder' link for building a new website. Again, like everything else, just take it a step at a time and ask questions in the community if you get stuck with any of these.
