I'm going to hire a Full Time Writer

Well I decided to hire a full time writer for my business. Since I work another full time job myself I don't have the time to write myself. With hiring a writer my goal is to up my game with my website and get 5 quality article's written a week.

I was using fiverr but in the long run that gets expensive and I can't rely content being written on a consistent basis. Also the guy I was using decided to go on vacation for the rest of the summer which put an end to that!

There is some excellent training on hiring writers from the Philipines for your business. A medium monthly income for workers in the Phillipines is about $400. So it is very affordable if you want to take your business to the next level.

The training I'm following is from our very own Jerry Huang. Here's the link to his training:

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/hiring-writer-like-...

If you are interested in hiring someone to do your writting for you on a full time basis I recommend you go through Jerry's training. It's very comprehensive and I already have a few candidates that are going through the interview process.

The training provides how to find writers, email templates to send to them with your requirements for the job and email templates for the interview process.

Everything is in this training that you need to find and hire the right candidate for your job. I hope you found this post helpful. I would like to know if anyone else has hired or thinking about hiring a writter for your online business? What are your experiences with it or concerns about doing it?

Cheers,

I work with a hired writer and have for the last 3 years and she`s brilliant.
I took the time to train her until she understood what I wanted and I have no regrets.
Best of all she`s very affordable, she was not a freelancer when we met at a forum, I liked the way she wrote and asked if she could imagine writing content then we both took time going through what I wanted. Win-win for both of us as my English is terrible plus working offline, I could not manage to produce content as I wanted due to lack of time.
I have also tried places like Fiverr and upwork, the one in upwork took off with my money(my mistake and long story) but I explained to upwork admin and got my money back.
I don`t plan to change my freelancer for now as I could not find her replacement easily even if I tried and the price is perfect for me(and her)

Hi Cory

I've used iWriter in the past they were always reliable and very reasonable. I left a link below for you or anyone who would like to check them out.

Thanks

Very interesting indeed. I have thought about hiring a writer but, not until I figure out what I'm doing first..lol..

Anyhow, think it is a great idea though. I have never seen this training by Jerry. WA is like a treasure box...so many goodies...

Thank you for sharing this valuable post...

Cory,
I have several experiences, from poor to fair. The worst was one that took over 10 days to deliver a 1,500-word article. During the 10 days, I was asked several times about what I wanted. After receiving it, there was no semblance of research as I suggested. I spent several hours doing major editing to have it look good enough to post on my website. This person was from India and supposedly educated from an English University.

The second try was a little better, yet when I put it through Copyscape it showed used, duplicate. I inquired and shared what I found out and they finally admitted they have canned articles they use. I never paid. These were on Fiverr. I plan on shortly to use several here in the USA locally from a large University and expect to see their research and more samples before to qualify them. Of course, I will pay a lot more, but my main target is not India, Bangladesh or Pakistan so the article quality is a lot higher. I am also giving samples of mine so they can understand my style, and be closer to them unless they want to come as a guest writer.

This is my thoughts and experience. Wish you the best, and love to see what your experience will be in the future.
Take care,
Bill

That’s why I’m going with the Philippines. A lot more quality writers there and they are affordable. $400 a month is medium income for them.

Good idea

Hi - check out my experience here. Not a great success, but I believe others have been happy with Jerrys training. Just ensure you are able to check that you are not paying for duplicate content.

I agree Diane. Once I tried it and when I put it through Copyscape, I asked for my money back shortly after receiving the article.

Thanks for the info, I have been thinking of trying this for some time now.

that could be also a good idea. :)

Good luck my friend. I am planning to the some for my second website.

If you can get a good English speaking person from Bangladesh the average weekly wage is a lot less than the Philippines.

Garry, English speaking is not the same as English writing. Found out the hard way. Took me several hours to rewrite into something which made sense. I could have written an article faster.

I also started using Fiverr and Iwriter recently. So far it’s a hit and miss and was researching the internet for freelance Philippine writers yesterday so this post has perfect timing for me. Thx, more to follow on this for sure.

I have been looking into that also this evening. If you find out any good information related please let me know.
Take care,
bill

Had the same experience with editing a so-called English speaking person. You're right, I could have written it faster!

I am not a native english speaker and I was concern about the quality of the philipine writers. None of my articles were ranking. I hired a proofreader and articles were 90% correct grammar. So I do not know what to think?

The Filipino writer that I've employed is doing a great job. Her command of English grammar is about as good as mine is. I wouldn't hire freelancers because you will be spending way more then you will if you hire someone full time.

And with freelance writers, you can't really vet them you pay and then you pray that you get a good product.

thank you @Encourage1, feel free to check my website mylanguagebreak.com where 100% were written by philipine writers... some are ranking but most of them are not... jut concern about it is the grammar or just because I am in a competitive niche and it takes time. I also need to build some links.

As we all know it's not just the grammar but the keywords within the articles. Make sure there is consistency in the articles also.
