Hello All,
I have been blogging for about a year on a free wordpress site and i recently joined WA premium. i want to make my blog into a real website for my business so
Profithog sent this recommendation ::)
go into your old wordpress blog select tools then export. Save the file to your desk top and then go to your new blog, select tools and then import and click the action button. viola! it's done OH and make sure you export EVERYTHING from your old blog (media, etc). Make sure you check each page and post for errors and fix anything wrong.

In addition to what Proffithog said- if the old blog is a SiteRubix blog, then it can be done by transferring within SiteRubix Manager.

- I really really want to change my username. Is it ever going to be possible?
Hi. You are allowed to change your username one time only at WA. If you go into Account Settings (lower left corner) it will say Edit next to your Username. If the word Edit is no longer there, then you have already changed your username and you can't do so again. :)
