Sure thing :) Give a try to Aweber as well, they give you a trial for 1$ which is more than fair.

You need an autoresponder for that. Mail Chimp is good for beginners because it's free for the first 2,000 subscribers, but if you intend to build a list to any proportions, it will end up being the most expensive service on the web. aWeber is reasonably priced throughout and you need to consider that subscriber names cannot effectively be transferred between ARs

It's true that MailChimp will cost you a bit more than others, but it's the best (in my opinion). I tested with GetResponse - couldn't put together anything... tested Aweber which was sending emails with up to 48 delay and some even never got delivered. Awebers support was responding fast, but was useless... At the end, people started receiving duplicate emails - got my email stuffed with questions about it. It was simply fail. People are promoting them mostly because they payout good commission. To be honest, I will gladly pay 10-15 or even 20$ more per month knowing that the tool is solid.
I could go on and on what sucks about Aweber and GetResponse... If someone has tried any other services.. please, do share info and experience.

Interesting. I've never had that problem and I've used aWeber for years, along with Mail Chimp and Get Response. None of them have given me any significant problems that could not be quickly remedied.

Yeah, I know... I am magnet for such stuff :) The thing was that they were unable to handle 400 signups within an hour... Also, mails went straight to spam as well... It was a nightmare... I had to manually send out more than 200 emails that were not delivered...

AWeber has done an extensive rework of its entire system. I find it a lot easier to use these days than it was in the past. They did have some annoying glitches that needed working around.

You can do that with MailChimp or similar. I would suggest you start with MailChimp http://eepurl.com/bgiSmH because it's free till 2000 subscribers. Cheers!
