My understanding of CRM is that it is a Customer Relations Manager, but in practice it is an email dripping or communication tool. Using this last understanding of CRM, does WA have its own CRM that I can use in my website?

You need an autoresponder for that. I use Active Campaign, but you can also check out AWeber, GetResponse, MailChimp and others.

WA does not provide enhancements of our websites. That kind of thing can be found as a plugin in word press. websites>site manager> plugins>add new. Then type in a keyword or phrase or even the name of what you are looking for in the search bar on the right hand side of the page. Lots of options will come up.

WA uses WordPress as the platform on which you can add WordPress plugins for website live chat, email marketing etc. There are a lot of plugins out there. For email marketing the most popular is Aweber.
