Aweber is saying they want a physical address at the bottom of your emails that it sends out, and clearly no one really wants their home address going out to strangers online- so how are folks getting around this one?

I don't know how much they charge you in your area. But a P.O. Box address should be one of your choices. If it's too expensive, a virtual address will do. Or you can use your local post office address and it will cost you nothing.
Here are some companies that offer virtual addresses if interested:

https://ipostal1.com/virtual-address.php
or
https://physicaladdress.com/
or
https://www.usglobalmail.com/virtual-address/
or
https://www.regus.com/en-us/virtual-offices

The first two virtual companies listed here are very good.
All the best!

If you have a local post office box you can also use their real street address and then you just put the box number behind the street address. At least that's what they told me.

I don't use an autorespnder but I've used a po box for all my business physical addresses for 3 years and haven't had an issue.

Another thing is some autoresponder companies lets you use their physical address, such as convert kit.

Either way I hope you find a solution.

All the best

Interesting - sounds like a great get around for someone not wanting to cough up for extra services - and who doesn't want a stalker tracking them down - I was also concerned in case anyone receiving the emails tried to contact via snail mail, they deserve to know it's an antispam law thing!

I went the PO BOX route so that I can receive mail just in case, anyone decides to mail something.

Plus, my identity has been stolen and that's a pain to get corrected. I didn't even find that out until recently.

So, I was told by an USPS manager that the USPS boxes can be used for business. I also do reselling, and I use the PO BOX as a return address, and I have never had an issue.

Either way, I understand 100%.

how much are you paying for that, it's 325 euros here!

Oh my!

In the US it's $166 for the entire year.

UPS is another option but, when I checked around here (US), both UPS and USPS were about the same price.

I suggest something like Anytime Mailbox.

You get a REAL physical address, many cities available in most states.. You can even use this real address as the registered service address for a business registration, and it has many other features: receive mail, open/scan, check cashing, shred, storage, bulk forward, local pickup + other options.

For the Privacy and freedom to travel a service like this provides it is really cheap for what it is. AM starts at $5 a month but is about $10 in my area.

Also note that Anytime Mailbox does have an Affiliate Program! For a little work you could offset your cost and then some.

I do not currently use Anytime Mailbox but this is the one on my list to get. Google: "Business Virtual Address" for alternatives.

Best

I just put my street name and remainder of address without my actual house number and that’s worked for me

ok, might depend on the street eg only 4 houses on mine if some nutcase wanted to track me down they could to too easily, but clearly aweber here is doing a cya job, and doesn't care what folks write

Well you could always randomly choose a number and street nearby and that would work too - to a house that doesn’t necessarily exist. I guess another resort would be a P.O. Box
