Hi - it could be any number of things. A website doesn't really find its true ranking for the first 6 to 8 months, it can change up and down. There was also a new Google update earlier this month which negatively affected a lot of sites.
Or it could be that you were showing a lot of visitors previously because you asked WA members for comments on your posts and it has now settled down to the real traffic.
As regards the links, 5 on one post is perhaps too many. Ideally, you should have 1 link for every 500 words.

5 is your Organic Search, you might want to check the Graph and Filters to see all Traffic Sources
More than likely, but it isn't a full screenshot, so I can't see the headings or filters applied, but based on your second screenshot, then I believe it is, yes
