Make Me Happy

MY BIRTHDAY PARTY

On January 28 was my birthday, so I decided to treat myself and give me a party. So I invited all my children, few close friend and couple of next door neighbor. Nothing big just a handful of people.

NONE OF THE CHILDREN

At my milestones age I didn't want to go through another year moping around wondering which one, if any or all of my children going to surprise me. At age 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, oh well, give it up Elizabeth, it's not happening, so I do the next best thing at 73, treat myself, and be happy. Anyway, I look at it this way, they all have their young family, and possible things are difficult for them.
My handsome Dreadlocks looking son is the chef. Two more sons, a daughter, her husband, and children, my youngest son and his wife and twins children, my other daughter no longer with us, bless her soul, her smiling son Courtney, (my spoiled grand son) who gave me my toy "iPad" in the very center, you can tell how happy I am 😄.

GOOD FOOD

Three days before my birthday, I asked one of my son, (Kirk ) he loves to cook, to fix me a pot of steam fish with lots of green vegetables. He did, but did not stop there, he cooked up a storm of other great dishes. Yum, yum so good!

This was not a good layout of all the food, I should have taken the lids off the pots to show all the goodies, oh well! the damage is already done, can't fix it now. This was really fun for me.

I'm sharing this with my WA family, not because I am blessed to have this lovely family, but that I can actually blog of the event, because I have come along way since I got involved with Wealthy Affiliate. From my IPad, photo was taken, upload to my file crop, and down load and insert to this blog. Isn't that amazing?

This beautiful dozen white roses was given to me from another loving grandson, it touches my heart. So on that day I had a great time. Even though I gave myself the party, I felt the love 💕 from all of them.
