Ida trash nyc
Hi there Wealthy Affiliate Families, it's been awhile, but I am still here, thank God. Hope everyone is safe and well.
This is a short blog to give a bit of sombering news regarding the Hurricane IDA, she trashed the five boroughs of NYC and took some lives along with her on 9/1/21 SAD situation for those families that loss their love ones.
Jersey City also lost some lives and had extremely flooded areas. My reason for writing this blog, is that we only got the tail end of the storm and it has done such a devastating damages, can you imagine if we had gotten the full force of it like in Mississippi, that's a disaster there. SAD SADNESS.
I am thankful we weren't hit hard, otherwise NYC would have been history.
I am grateful we have been spared.

When calamity like this one happened you can't really do anything to prevent it, except to pray for your safety. The aftermath could be devastating, but thank God that you and your family are safe. Take care always.

Indeed, we all have to count our blessings and name them one by one. My prayers go out to those who have lost loved ones and those who have had damage to their properties. It could have been worst. I hope that you are doing well.
