If you purchased it here, it is probably already validated. Have you tried using the SiteBuilder with it yet? If it is there, you're good to go, if not, I'd open up a ticket with SiteSupport. If you purchased it elsewhere, you will need to contact their support.
yes I started on SiteBuilder and chose my theme and all, I just thought I needed to verify my email within 15 days but the links are not working
I think it's because people who host here and buy here, the software automatically verifies, but the automated emails are geared to the general public who doesn't host here.

i do not want to join just for one month. How do I join for a full year right away? It only gives me the one month option for $19. I want to pay for a full year right away. Ple
You can't, you'll have to go monthly first (I believe)... BUT if you do you should know that your $19 will be deducted from the yearly fee as far as I'm aware... So essentially it will work out the same as if you just went yearly right from the off :)
So the second month I should be able to join for a full year and not have to pay $49 for another month?

You don't have to wait until month 2, you could literally upgrade to Premium right now for $19, then right after you could go yearly... So no $49/mo would be charged at all :)
Sign in to your Dashboard of WA. Look under your profile picture and immediately under Rank Posts Network. Click on the Red Button - "Go Yearly & Save".
After your initial $19 expires, you will still have 11 more months as Dale mentioned.
Get started Man.
