If this is your first attempt to write a blog post, you may find it a bit challenging at the beginning. It requires a bit of research especially if the topic is something you are not too familiar - the reason we are recommended to choose a niche based on something we are passionate about.
Which part of the training have you gone through?
Anyway, while doing your research you will find there are a lot of almost similar ideas and thoughts on the same topic. Here's where you need to be creative and form your own opinion on the subject matter to create something unique.
I would suggest you go through the training and slowly build the skill of creating your content. May be you are a bit slow at the beginning but you will get the momentum once you have started to do it more often.

I have to agree I struggled with the same thing at the start. I found something that I knew about already and it made researching easier. I'm still wondering through slowly but getting it done! Keep pushing through it.
