If you just want to change the title log into your site dashboard and go to Appearance>Customize and then go to Site Identity. You can change the title there.
If you're looking to change the URL (web address) then you will need to obtain the new domain and move your site to it.

Make sure you use keywords in your website title tag so to help your website visitors not only know what your website is about but also help your site rank in search results.

I can't log in to my account on my laptop because the error message says I'm not a premium member. I can log in on my phone which is how I am contacting you. Please fix this pr

The obvious questions is - have you tried to log out then back in again?
Is there anyone or anywhere you can go to use another PC/Laptop - a local library or internet cafe for example?
No but I have Site support working on it now. I have logged in and out multiple times but that doesn't seem to be working. Tried that before I even contacted anyone.

Thats good you have been able to contact someone.
It is a bit strange that you are logged in sending me these messages but cannot use your laptop to do so.
When this happens to me with my Desktop I just switch off and head uptown to an Internet Cafe.
9 times out of 10 when I come back everything is ok again.
Hope you get sorted out soon.
Right now though i'm going to sign off as its getting late.

Why won't My blog post?
yeah that happened to me yesterday, just save the blog and then open it again from the drafts, it should be there.
Had to recheck that I had read the rules eventhough I have been here for almost 9 months. Guess the blogging system thought I was a newbie. hahaha!!!

If you have already reviewed Kyle's training offered here: SiteContent - The Complete Walkthrough and found no help, then I recommend you contact Kyle in a Private Message to see if he can suggest the issue you are suffering.
When contacting Kyle, be sure that the option you select offers you a form that is clearly labeled as "Contact Kyle or Carson", else you will end up posting your question back into a classroom.

You MIGHT hear sooner, but we all must remember that both Kyle and Carson have very young families. If we want them to be successful in their lives... if for no other reason than to ensure the continuance of WA... then we need to allow them time with their families... thus the reason for their taking weekends as their time away from here.
