What A Day!
Well the day is over.... Oh what a day it was..
It started at 6am.. I stayed overnight at my parents so my Mom could take me to an appointment in North Richland Hills.
The early morning started out uneventful. We were ready to leave on time.
GPS all set but won't talk..Oh these new techy things.. Mom will have to drive and I will just read what the GPS is to be telling us to do. We start driving..get stopped by a red light..the GPS states ETA is 8:03. The funniest part is while we are sitting at the red light our ETA changes to 8:04 then 8:05. Crazy. Then we get on Chisholm Trail and out ETA changes again to 7:44. Now that's better.
We make it all the way to Davis Blvd. following the direction just fine. We drove past the building the first time but we had plenty of time to turn around and find the place before my appointment time.
My appointment was to be from 8-5 so my Mom dropped me off like we had arranged and then was going come back at 5pm to pick me up. When she came back at 5pm I wasn't finished so they waited until I was.
Back to my part...the Dr. talked with me in depth for about 3 hours just for background information. Then started all the testing. I don't think my brain has ever been check out as much as it has been today. I completed task after task. Of course we did take an hour for lunch and a few mini breaks though out the day. We finally were done about 6pm.
My brain felt like it had been jerked though a knot hole sideways.
Glad it's done!!!
