It happened to my site yesterday. Suddenly it was down and there were only two words in the browser window: Bad GatewaySo what does Bad Gateway mean? And how to fix it?First, different web servers describe the Bad Gateway error differently. Here are some most common names:Bad GatewayError 502502 Bad Gateway502 Proxy ErrorHTTP 502Temporary Error (502)Bad Gateway: The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server502 Service Temporarily Overloadedetc.Bad Gateway is, in fact, an

Just wanted to share my joy - Yesterday was the first time when I got over 200 sessions a day.Why it is significant?First, because I have never had such traffic before. Second, if you did not know, out of ALL blogs in the world, 75% get less than 200 visitors a day. It means that the front-runner group of top 25% blogs who enjoy the cream of the crop traffic is not far anymore. It's still long way to go but at I least I have hope! Praise God!

Hey WA topguns! Hey there... Can you hear me? (...maybe they can't. They're too far ahead. Should call 'em...)Anyway, if you hear me, just wanted to tell that I've done it. Yes, I reached the milepost!Which one? 1000 sessions per week! What? I can't hear you? You're so far ahead... Well... It was hard (sometimes brutally hard and awfully frustrating) but I've done it. Yeah... I wanted to return back yes, many times. But I've reached the milepost... I'm fine...........I remember the day when I wo

So I did this... And then happened that. So I opened... And it came.. So IFamiliar? I don't know if it is your problem but it is mine. These two connectors "So" and "And" create such a nice flow of sentences but if they saturate the text... I think it's not so good either. I almost hate it but unfortunately I have not figured out yet how to improve my written English. The problem is especially in the beginning of sentences. It's easy to start sentences with So and And because they create a nice

Hey everyone!Hope you are doing well! As for me, well... I just found that my site gives an error while trying to give comments.First, for some reason the last comments to my site via WA Site Comments did not come through. It was probably some technical issue (according to Kyle). So he recommended me to copy and paste these missing to comments myself. However, when I wanted to do that, I got the following error:I tried both Google Chrome and Firefox and they gave me the same error. It looks like

It has happened to me twice. Suddenly, basically overnight, your Wordpress Admin is slow as snail - every step you do, takes the whole eternity. And I have heard that there are other WA members who have complained about it. So I put it down for those who might need it in the future. But first, just to give you a glimpse of it (and how frustrating it is), I took my stopwatch and measured some of my navigating movements:From Posts to Pages: 17.20 secondsFrom Pages to Plugins: 18.66 secondsFrom Plug

Last weekend my family and I decided to visit our friends (and congregation) who happen to live in a island. It is winter so it was a beautiful journey: The scenery seen from the top of the ferry was extraordinary:The problem here was this, though:While we are away, what about our house? We heat our home with firewood. Therefore, we use wood burning fireplaces to keep us warm on long winters. We have to heat up our home every single day. This time though, we left for 2 nights. We calculated that o

Yesterday I stumbled upon these two headlines:Hundreds of Civilians Leave Besieged Towns in Idlib for Aleppo CityResidents of Aleppo Vow to Rebuild Their Home despite Destruction Caused by Militants.Almost completely liberated, but warn torn Aleppo - the city of 2 million - is pretty much destroyed:However, the good news is that finally, after 4 years of terror and war, it's finally over. It's free, it's liberated. And guess what happens now? Immediately life returns into the city. These 2 headl

So you want to know if you will succeed in Wealthy Affiliate (in online business)?Try this simple test below. As I told, it's extremely quick and simple. The test is worded by the former Navy SEAL, Jocko Willink. In his words:“The test is not a complex one: when the alarm goes off, do you get up out of bed, or do you lie there in comfort and fall back to sleep? If you have the discipline to get out of bed, you win—you pass the test. If you are mentally weak for that moment and you le

Interestingly, most human beings in the world tend to underestimate themselves. They think that they are too small, too weak, not smart enough, not skilled, not educated,... don't have capability to do great things, etc., etc., etc.So they give up easily and settle for grey, average (or below the average) life where there is little but a daily routine. Big dreams? Yes, but these are not for me. I am just a tiny and insignificant bug in this world. I cannot do anything. I cannot achieve anything
