I have received a notification from Google Plus saying that I have recently violated their polices.

I had this issue once. I posted a link to a video and after one day I received a very similar to the one you have here - but it was sent by email and my video was removed. I have since posted videos so I must have done something wrong that time.
No- just that I had violated their rules. The Video was a YouTube video and belonged to another member here at WA and I had their permission to upload it. I made a similar video myself and uploaded it and it's still there - so I was wondering whether it was removed simply because it was pulled off YouTube as I had posted a direct link
Oh gosh - you've got it worse than I had then, at least with me they just removed the video and gave me a warning. I'm sorry I can't help but surely there must be a way to contact them

If you don't mind me asking, do you know what kind of "content" they might be referring to? (Like a WA affiliate marketing site or one promoting a different product/service) Do you know if it was a particular post they has an issue with or everything you had up?
I usually share my blog posts(WA marketing sites) on Google Plus. And sometime, funny stuff + Google Analytics education.
Do you use link shortener? If I remember corrextly, shortener like bit.ly usually come with advertisement spam so if you share this kind of short link too often, it may give them red flag (even your website is not a spam).
It is just maybe though. Kindly update when you get the answer :)
Did you post an affiliate link? If so, you need to post a non-affiliate link to a page or post on your site and have your affiliate links on that page/post.

You can upgrade with PayPal, but you have to refer your credit card number to prove that you are the same person upgrading.
I think you have to change it manually or they will continue to try and take payment from the last method you payed with
Hi, I am planning on upgrading to yearly in the near future. Is it possible to pay by credit card or does it have to be PP like Jaaxy (only reason I have not signed up to Jaaxy is because I can't pay by credit card unfortunately - I avoid PP where poss).?
You can create a pre-paid credit card. This tool won'a allow any payments until you load some money on this card first.
Then after the operation you unload any leftovers and your card reports as empty again.
I use one all the time.
I have it hooked up in paypal :)
Thank you all for your replies. Good to know cc is accepted. I moved country and paypal wanted so much private info well beyond just the top page of my statement showing my new address, it was intrusive and i didn't bother. I suppose i will have to now i am doing IM but 10 years without PP is pretty decent.
I started with Paypal but i switched my monthly to yearly payments.
When i switched to yearly i got two emails from paypal one was telling me about cancelling monthly subscription and second was talking about creating new yearly schedule.
So i think you should be ok. If you won't get two messages you can always write to helpdesk :)
I would attach a screenshot but both messages from paypal are in polish so not really helpful :).
