Wealthy Affiliate Problem Solving In Action. By Carson No Less!

I had a problem recently with the sound on the Classes' videos. Everything else worked fine. I asked for help within the community and received a wealth of good responses.

Nothing I tried seemed to work. So I sent Carson a PM about this issue. Here's what happened.

Before Carson was able to respond, I was able to resolve the issue. It seemed to happen by chance. Since I know that Carson must be very busy I deleted my PM since I thought it was redundant.

But the PM still went through because Carson sent me a PM asking me to send him details of exactly what I found. He said that I was not alone. There were others who were having this problem.

The Problem

The volume control of the classes used the mute as default. Sometimes it was hard to expose the volume control on the Classes' videos. Clearly, this was not a problem for everyone since most members didn't have this problem.

Carson had indeed found a glitch and put in a fix. He asked me to check if everything worked well for me. It did and I let him know.

Responsiveness

I was grateful for how quickly Carson had responded. This demonstrated how caring the owners of Wealthy Affiliate are in making sure the platform works for everyone.

Site Support provides very responsive service regarding issues we have with our website. Issues other than our websites go to Carson. He is very busy with other things so I don't like to bother him.

The WOW Factor

What other platform would the owners give personal help to its members as Kyle and Carson do? This makes me feel really special, as I am sure it does to you too when you receive personal help like this.

I call this the WOW Factor.

I have to say I have never dealt with a company that was so concerned with helping its community succeed.

If you can't make a successful website at WA, you probably won't be successful, no matter where you go.

Thanks for commenting. This problem didn't affect everyone. That was why it was strange. Carson got feedback from others with this same problem. Hence he took it seriously and discovered there was something wrong. And fixed it. Glad you didn't have this problem.
