This was the topic of my 12th Blog Post in the SAC Lesson 2 assignments. The site comments I got were so inspiring I felt compelled to address this in a Wealthy Affiliate Blog.

I am not going to repeat my Blog as you can read it in my Affiliate Marketing For Leaders website located in my Profile Page. I will list the 10 Qualities without the supporting text just to give you an idea of my thoughts.

So here goes:

1 - Have An Open Mind To Learn

2 - Confidence To Create A Plan For Success

3 - Willingness To Work Hard & Smart

4 - Self Driven

5 - Make Mistakes And Learn From Them

6 - Willing To Delay Gratification

7 - Seek Out Mentors

8 - Be Accountable

9 - Be Flexible When Conditions Change

10 - Celebrate Success

When people fail at something, the first response is to see who or what was responsible for their failure. By blaming others, it is easy to get out of taking responsibility for the failure.

Even if the failure was caused by outside influence, leaders and self driven individuals take responsibility for that failure and figure out what they must do to overcome it. And making excuses is not one of them.

Although I wrote these thoughts, I do not measure up to many of these 10 qualities. There are areas I am working on to improve. If I met all these 10, I would have been way ahead in the land of success by now.

I feel that by striving to succeed, it is easier to focus on what it takes.

At the end of my Blog Post, I stated that all these qualities can be developed in Wealthy Affiliate. That's where I invited the reader to join us.

Any thoughts on this subject?

You have hiit the nail on the head HARD!!
Awesome list of qualities and you have reminded me of why I am here!!!

It's amazing how the training here helps us to become entrepreneurs by encouraging us to take these qualities to heart.

Much success to you.

Edwin

Without the slightest of doubts, WA certainly equips you with these qualities.

Yay glad you see that. Much success to you.

Great list Edwin. I might add Focus as another quality, but that falls under number 2. I think number 6 is right on. Delay Gratification. Thanks for sharing, Tom

Sure appreciate your input. Glad you found it useful.

I think the singer/song writer Billy Joel put it aptly, "You learn more from your accidents than anything you can ever learn at school". Keep up the great work!

Right on! Well said Billy Joel Mr. Piano Man!

Edwin

I hope I can learn all of that qualities, can practice it.

You will. We all will in order to succeed.

Cheers.

Edwin

Thanks.

Another great member said, "strive to succeed and you will achieve." Sorry, I don't remember who wrote it, but that quote sticks in my mind. Strive; [agonize over it, train yourself] to succeed and it will happen. I realize that the SAC is not easy but it is possible. Go for the gold.
Hoping all the best and thank you for your encouragement on the way.

10 absolutely great qualities. I especially like, #6 Willing to Delay Gratification. It tells me stay hungry and humble as you climb the ladder of success.

I believe that if you work hard enough, then you will find some level of success. It is crucial at that point to look back at you accomplishments and gloat. Delaying a little bit will reap even greater results.

Thank you for sharing.

Oops. Not to look back and gloat. Forgot the 'NOT'.

Glad you found this helpful.
