There are so many businesses on the net, how exactly are people funneled to my site for business . Let's say I like to use sporting goods for my niche what makes people come
There are a lot of factors. You need to choose good keywords and place them in your content. You need to follow your SEO suggestions for each page and post. You will need to set up your site with google analytics. I don't know where you are in the training, but this is all covered. Just go lesson by lesson and you will learn. A major key is publishing good, informative content as often as you can.
Drjec,, i am like a newborn on the tit , not even a bottle yet! As a watchmaker i am not nor have ever been a computer person. I don't know the lingo nor even how to put up my pic, my lovely wife michelle did it for me. The only talent i may have is i love people and want to help them, and i find that seems to be true here at wa! I know sporting goods,camping etc my brothers call me ranger rick,,and want to affiliate with Cabellas or the like etc. which confuses me as it seems FINDING affiliates is the big thing here so far, which would limit my marketing of goods etc. but perhaps that isn't where the money is? I'm 71 and am in a mental rut with this process, once i understand what this all is and the how's i expect to be able to teach it to others, many thanks for your aid i need all i can get. Michelle and i want to change our whole life so this is our new beginning.. thanks again. Errol
To find affiliates type in your address bar affiliatte programs - sporting equipment or what ever topic you want. You then have to go through the approval process. Check out: linkshare.com They are like a 3rd party approval company for lots of retailers.
