What are you planning to do today?
So it's another Monday Morning & either you're annoyed that we still haven't deleted this "damn" day from our calendars or you're excited about the possibility of the week. I would love to believe because you're a member of WA it's the latter.
But I imagine even my fellow WA members need some motivation. So with that said, here's a little quote to help you get through the day, week and hopefully many years to come in your business.
It's a simple quote but very powerful! Farmers know and live off this quote. What about you? Are you going to try to make this day one step closer to your ideal tomorrow? Or are you going to walk around complaining it's a Monday, life sucks, blah, blah...?

Just like how I think of my blogs. Every one is a little seed. If I keep planting them as soon as the first one sprouts they`ll never stop sprouting if I never stop planting!
Thanks Eddy! Today, like every Monday, I chose to serve the bigger picture and do things that move me closer to my dreams. The more I do that, the more focused I remain.
I really like this, because when you plant a seed it takes time, and some nurturing to make it grow. so you won't see what you did until many tomorrows.
I will keep this in my plethora of stickies.

Glad you liked Kymee! I agree it's definitely like the farmer analogy. I always remind myself of that when I'm doing work and don't see results as soon as I like. I just say I'm planting seeds I'll harvest in due time. Thanks for chiming in!
I like this better than "Today is the first day of the rest of your life". Yours resonates because it includes taking action, taking another step forward, even if it is a baby step. Walking and then running comes after that but it starts today with that one step. And with WA it's not a step off a cliff but a step forward on solid ground.

No nerve struck with me. Today I'm working 10-11 hours at my job, then since I'm getting off while its still light outside, I'm going home and training my horse. Getting her ready for the photo shoot I want to have. (Snickers, she is the sister to the one in my profile pic) And then hopefully spend time on my website. But yeah, that is bringing me closer because I am working on building my portfolio of me doing training. They go in my books, site, etc.
And not to mention she has increased my experience 10 field since I've been riding her.
So I didn't do what I thought I was going to yesterday, but I did go down to Sonic and get a half price shake and a REALLY good mint green tea. Didn't train Snickers but did ride her tonight, 7-30-13. She is doing great!!! My photographer is so excited to come shoot her!
