I personally like twitter for news and instagram for images. I've not been using facebook in a while. And youtube is something I will like to use too.
So many choices...
Just dipping the toes back into the Facebook ocean.
From a personal perspective, it doesn't matter what social media platform, what counts is our understanding of how the platform works their goals and aspirstions and how they best fit our marketing stratergys.
If we don't have a plan, or if we do and are not working it ...........it is time not will spent.
When we look at the apex platforms in the industry they are mega advertising agency's. That can create a sense of purpose when we engage.
Thanks for the valuable comment. Make sure before dipping back into facebook to use the power of engagement. I found that Facebook really likes engagement, especially coming from live videos. This is how your content can get better views on the feed.
Their algorithm especially so, once it gets to know you it will work tirelessly for you, got to feed it a little money from time to time.
I use Twitter, Pinterest and Facebook myself and seem to get more engagement on Pinterest than anything. I don't like Facebook personally because it doesn't seem to bring a lot of traffic and I am just now getting into Twitter (still learning on that platform because I've never used it period). Do any of you do Facebook ads? Just wondering if that would be something to try out in order to bring in some traffic.
That's interesting that pinterest is giving you the most engagement. Twitter is easy to use if you focus on giving up-to-date type of news. for example I do a podcast and very often I post about it in twitter. you'll just need to play with it to see if your market is active on twitter.
Now about facebook ads... this one is when you start paying for leads. I own an ad agency and what I recommend doing before spending any money on facebook ads is to have a lead generation webpage. you must make sure you have a way to capture names and emails to follow up.
Another thing to do is to start with valuable information to let your market be aware of who you are and what you do. This is called "engagement" in facebook ad manager.

I know it can be frustrating when you're all excited about starting your online business but as the weeks go by, you just can't seem to make any money from your web site.
Thanks Dale!
that is a great post you made. Very neat how you got commissions from those 13 high-quality post. Proof that there is a good niche market for everyone.

I am looking to find options for a decent webinar platform that will cost zero, free. So, how do you have your webinars online and why do you recommend what you use?
I've never used a free platform - but I did a simple search and found this resource, it lists 7 free platforms, hope it helps - https://learn.g2crowd.com/free-webinar-software
