Don't waste your energy on useless content.
I completely understand how you feel. I was in the same frustration and feeling the overwhelm when I first started. For you it's been months, for me it was years. Now after a while of having results in my own industry and experience I can tell you what you must do. Follow the simple formula:
#1 - get people to know you. Basically bring awareness of who you are and noticed I didn't say awareness of what you sell or promote. People need to know you first. It's the basic rule of marketing and relationships.
#2 - get people to like you. After you bring awareness of who you are then people will like you only if you bring value to their wants. Have a mindset of helping them with your experience and talents.
#3 - get people to trust you. The way you will do this is by consistent content. The principle here is to step up and show up. I did this at the beginning of 2020 by going live on Facebook every day for 15 to 20 minutes and I did it for 4 months. every single day.
And one final advice... stick with one niche. If you find a need you can solve within your niche then stick with it and improve your approach.
