Thanks for your answer Juneyo, but it brings me to another question:
Why would the spammer do that?
Well, there’s a lot of reason as to why. Check this out.

And if the theme is updated, let´s say, after a month. How is my website affected by that update?
You would want to put your modifications into what's called a "child theme". By doing this, you isolate your changes and do not lose them when the parent theme's files get overwritten by an update.
There's quite a bit of WA training on using child themes. (see below)
You'll find some good examples of the kinds of things you can do with child themes in the training. In all likelihood, though, it may be a while before you really need to modify a theme. I'd suggest working with the plain vanilla version of your chosen theme until you find some specific reason to change something about it.

What is Adsense?
Hello,
Here is a very simple explanation what Google Adsense is (Google Adsense): is an advertising placement service by Google. The program is designed for website publishers who want to display targeted text, video or image advertisements on website pages and earn money when site visitors view or click the ads.
If a user click the ads Google pays you around .50 cents per click. Hope this helps.
Hi Vince thanks for your quick response but as far as I know you have to sign up an account with Google Adsense and after approval you can log in and get an ad code that you add to your own site.
My question was more about the process of signing up, getting approval and getting the ad code.
Hi,
I see, I am not familiar with of the signing up part and the code. I'll do more research and I find something I'll let you know.

The only con I could think of is you’ll get bombarded with lots of spam email by the spammer.
