Summer Makes Me Decorate My Home And Patio With Joyous Bright Colours!
Do you like to decorate your home or garden or dormitory room with seasonal colours?
I sure do!
Summer is full of Reds and Oranges and Yellows.
The Beach House is full of Nautical Blues and Whites with an occasional tinge of Americana Red.
Fall is time for greens and rusts and burnt oranges and pumpkin and squash colours.
My furniture and wall paints are neutral and provide the perfect canvas to change around throw pillows and art pieces.
Winter comes far too soon but I love it all the same! I go natural...pine cones and boughs of cedar with pears and apples on the mantlepiece display.
Plenty of firewood and throw blankets and slippers with hot chocolate and marshmallows with a great read.
And then there comes Spring...the time of Rebirth and Creation!
Spring is the time to let the animals decide where and how to nest...observation is key!

Great colors and descriptions! My wife is in charge of decorating HER house, and I am fine with that,. She has only demonstrated bad taste once (hooking up with me)!
My favorite time of the year is late Spring/early Summer. I can be outside and watch the world, while decorating MY yard!

We have had great weather here in Scotland, pretty much all month, well worth a visit, I have always said that you would not need to go anywhere else if you could guarantee the weather! It is stunning. We live right by the beach!

That is a great post! I love the four season, with all different shape of the color that nature brings to us, and I liked that you pointed the observation as a key, you are right on that.

My Favorite Season is Summer because my Son Vance doesn't have School and also because I love warm weather and despise cold weather.
As you know, Vance graduates next year so we'll start our travels and I will definitely be looking to stay in warm areas.

I have to say Spring, you know in many cultures it heralds in the new year so to speak, it's time for renewal, and getting rid off the bleak winter months can be a blessing in northern parts.
