Are you referring to a siterubix subdomain name? If so, you can just delete the old one and create a new one. There is no charge for siterubix subdomain names.
yes I am thank you for responding....but will I have to redo the website as well? If so, how do I delete it?
You might be able to get tech support to copy your existing site's contents to a new siterubix subdomain site. I don't know if they do that or not. If nothing else, it's worth asking. You'd need to open a support ticket to do that. (see below)
