I need my site complete files in order for me to load up onto another hosting site, as I am migrating everything I have to them and do not need WA services any longer. Thanks.
How can I download my sites files?

First, use your FTP to download absolutely everything. WA has provided you with a separate FTP user name and password for each site, here. Click on SiteRubix > Site Manager > "details" icon for each website listed. These FTP settings are shown in the details view. For the hostname, just use the entire site name (without the http://).
If you are migrating to another Wordpress site or blog, then for convenience sake, use either the Wordpress Export tool (Wordpress > Tools > Export) to create and download a Wordpress-importable file with your blog posts and pages. This built-in tool does _not_ export settings, etc. There are specialized plugins that will export settings. Research those at Wordpress.org.
But don't skip the FTP, because no matter what, you could find yourself missing some favorite files or images, no matter what export tool you use.

Please could someone tell me how I can transfer my WA site rubix site to another hosting company and also how I can give it my own domain name? Many thanks!
Thanks, but how can I move one of my sites out of WA completely to another hosting service? Thanks
That still might work, although I've never tried it. You would point it to YOUR hosting company's DNS servers instead of WA's. If all else fails, you could ask Support at your hosting company.
