Walking Fool

I was worried I wouldn't get enough of a workout in while being away but man was I wrong. I've walked most of the area I'm staying in. I'm 7 minutes away from the Space Needle, 15 minutes away from Pike Place, 15/20 minutes away from the waterfront and there is a Starbucks on every possible corner.

I walked for a total of 5 hours yesterday was out from 9:30 to 5:50. My body is a tad stiff this morning and I frankly just wanna stay in bed but I need food, lol. Since Monday I'm not sure what I've walked as a total but I think I've made up for missing my workouts.

All in all I love Seattle. It's a dog friendly city, now I just need to find a job that will pay me enough to stay in this expensive town.

Sounds like you are having a good time. I like Seattle too. In Alaska we often fly through Seattle to get to anywhere else so Seattle is like "our" city in the Lower 48 (what we call all the 48 states).

That I am. Have decided I will move here. It'll take awhile to get the plans together and I'll probably be flying back and forth for interviews but whatever.

Used to be Boeing. Now Microsoft. Whatever,. Hope it works out!

A Starbucks on every corner, huh. No wonder you say the coffee sucks. Despite Seattle being the home of the original Starbucks, I'm still a diehard Dunkin's fanatic!

It was actually good today. It depends on who makes it.

Dunkins is worse I think. Too watered down.

I used to think it tasted burnt and bitter, but I have actually come to like Starbucks. Still, I prefer the lighter blend at DD most of the time. There's no right or wrong answer. They are very different.

That they are. I drink both, to me coffee is coffee. I can be snobby about wine but coffee I'm flexible, lol. Though I must say I did have some of the best coffee at a little cafe in Paris.

One thing about Seattle Sawn. there's a Starbucks on every corner to pep you up!

No lie
