Thinking of Starting A Lose Weight Blog

Until I was in my late 20's I was kept my weight btwn 118 and 120 pounds. My late fiance was 150 so we made the perfect fit and thin pair. Then I got an office job with a caf filled with yummy food just floors below and a snack machine down the hall from my desk. Greg was also a magnificent cook. I was getting bigger and not really noticing, our friends joked that he and I grew together so we didn't notice the other was gaining weight.

2013 I looked at a picture of me standing by a coconut tree and realized I honestly looked like a baby whale. I found a personal trainer, started a nutrition program, stopped eating or drinking anything with sugar and stopped drinking wine. In 12 weeks I'd lost 33 pounds. Sadly, over the years I've allowed myself to gain the weight back so I'm getting back on the horse. Working with my old trainer and a new one, having issues reining in my nutrition and healthy good eating though. The struggle is real and I figured I'd document my daily struggles with getting fit and lean again. It should be nothing but entertaining.
