hey wondering why you guys are taking a double payment. You took one on august 2nd and now today august 24th? what is going on? put the most recent payment back into my account

hey hi Dwayne --- see that you've been with WA for over a year and a happy 1st WAnniversary!

Your question has landed in the WA community for response and here we are:

As you likely may already be aware, pretty much everything is on this platform on-line for you ---

Suggest, first step, just in case, is to go to your WA Profile >> Account Settings >> Subscription Settings > billing / membership / payment > check in billing for the invoices and you can either view them all or print from there ... and check to see whether those invoices are correct .....

if corrections from there are required, then, you'll need to contact / PM Kyle-Carson on the matter as only they can then assist you ... and now keep in mind it's the weekend so you may find that a reply may be sometime early next week ...

hope it all gets resolved for you asap ...

Morning my name is Dwayne I was trying to pay $15 that said was late for some reason and i am a premium member from the beginning so when i attempted this it asked me my same p

Hi - I am somewhat confused, as I tried to help with your previous question when you said you were unable to make a payment. Now, you are saying you have paid twice? I am not sure where the figure of $15 comes from which you are quoting. The monthly subscription is $49.

However, as the others have said, contact Carson directly.

I believe that Carson looks after account related queries.
