help promote his shop, anybody looking for a mechanic

You should start a website for his shop. Look up local SEO and marketing.

He has his own website n facebook but I'll see what I can come up with thank you.

Sounds good

Cali gave you some great advice DVIDAL. I am creating an affiliate site for my woodworking side business for example. Content is king though so be willing to immerse yourself in what you're writing about. Good luck!

Yes he did and thank you n good luck as well for you, I'll stay in touch with you if you don't mind n see how things going.

That would be a cool idea of course but unless you turn wrenches you won't be able to write good content for that niche and that is where the answer can be both yes and no.
Your husband would love your support of him so maybe you can both team up together and work on content writing as a team.

Wow thank you Cali, and yes I've done my share of fixing cars, taken engine motors apart, alternators, radiators...When I'm at his shop everyday there's always something new to learn after hours is when I get to learn more n work with tools. But I think I have an idea of what to write....

Thats awesome, you will be able to create and respond with the busted knuckles to prove it.. Lol It's cool when girls like to play in the garage too.
Good luck to you both.
