What Can You Do With Your Content?
Howdy Folks, I haven't blogged for a while so I thought I'd throw up this little resource for you all. I hope it helps
Once you have written your content, does it have to stay just on your blog?
No, there are plenty of ways you can repurpose your content and spread your message further.
Here are a few ways you can get more eyeballs onto your blog:
Each of your posts can be:
- Posted on Medium dot com - a high-traffic website that Google loves - so a backlink from here to your site is a checkmark.
- Made into a slideshow and posted onto Slideshow or Speakerdeck
- Put the slideshow onto Youtube, Vimeo, TikTok, Twitch, IGTV
- Make an audio track for the slideshow then share the mp file on Soundcloud, Last, Bandcamp
- Make your post into an infographic and share it on Pinterest, Instagramm, Graphs, Infographics Archive and Infographics Showcase
- Make the post into a PDF (probably better if you make a series of blog posts into a themed PDF.) and post on Google Docs to create a shareable link - you can track the views by using free plugins such as TrackYourDocuments
- Post on the social media platform that your audience hang out on. Just remember to make sure it's super-useful and super-targeted.

There are 11 alternatives to SpeakerDeck (quite possibly more)
There are 11 alternatives to Youtube (quite possibly more)
There are 11 alternatives to Soundcloud (quite possibly more)
There are 17 alternatives to Pinterest
There are 103 social media sites online.
So, I make that around 160+ sites you can put your content on (maths was never a strong point of mine)

By 'alternatives I meant other sites such as Vimeo, Dailymotion. i.e. other sites where you can upload and/or watch videos.
And, with Pinterest alternatives - other sites where you can upload and share images etc.
Basically, I just searched for 'websites like youtube' or 'websites like pinterest' to get those figures
