Something A Little Unusual
Hello who and wherever you may be.
I have just been browsing the net about the best cooking times and temperatures for various cuts of beef - thinking that I might get some for the weekend.
For instance, I discovered that a New York Strip should have an internal temperature of between 100 and 125 degrees F and it struck me that 100 F is the approximate internal temperature of the human body.
Which took me down another road of perusing the idea that; if you ate a Steak Tatare (raw minced steak) and it takes approximately 24 hours to pass through your digestive system; would that mean that what 'came out' the other end would be 'cooked'?
Then I stopped thinking about it, just in case my weekend meal tasted like Winnie The's last name!
Does this have any business connection?? None whatsoever, it just kinda scares me what I think about at half-past midnight on a Monday!
Have a great week y'all

Yes, humble apologies for the mental imagery Stephen, an effect I definitely wasn't aiming for!

That temperature is if you like your steak rare. I, however, could not stop laughing at your ANALysis of steak tartar. I was laughing so hard my wife looked at me as if I had lost my mind.
You never know there may be a niche for this and other oddly unuseful information.
