Is Facebook for real?

I've noticed that in the last few months, Facebook had been serving up a lot of sponsored Mobile Phone case posts to my feed. Not a problem, as i'd just updated to iPhone 15 and needed a good robust case.

Then I started getting Sponsored ads for Luxury Rolex Watches, but they were clearly counterfeit as they claimed a 99% discount. A £3,000 watch for £30?

Yeah right, but Facebook are allowing this! I posted on my feed, moaning that Facebook are allowing these sponsored posts (there are tons of them), but won't allow sponsored posts for affiliate products.

Guess what?

They removed my post, because I mentioned 'Rolex'!

I got this message:

Facebook have completely lost the plot. I now have a black mark on my profile although i've done nothing wrong.

FFS Get a grip! 😡😡😡

Any of you had anything as stupid as this with Facebook? I'd love to know.

This one, another from December last year when I told a flat-Earther to 'boil yer heed' on an Astronomy group (FB: " Bullying, Threats of Violence", and a 3rd for apparently managing a page for a client???? ("Identity Theft").

This is a good example of AI bots out of control. The place is just unusable now. At least we still have the relative sanity of this place. 😏
