Hi there
Sign into your website (SiteRubix > SiteManager > Your Website > Login), then go to Add New Post. in the Title Bar, add the code they have given, then press Publish.
You don't need to put anything else on there.
They just want to confirm that you are the owner by being able to add a page to your website.

PS: I forgot to mark it on the picture, but if you look just below where you've put the code in, there is the Permalink that they were looking for. With your website details of course. ;-)

I am trying to put pictures on my header, I have made the header but don't know how to transfer it on to my content page which has been published . I watched a tutorial yester
Most themes allow you to simply upload an image for your header.
If you go
Appearance
>Customize
you should see a menu giving you access to things like
Site Identity
Color
Header
Click on Header and you should see the option to upload your custom image.
NOTE in this Header section you should also see their info text mentioning the optimal size for the header-image for that specific theme e.g. 1180 × 160 pixels
i have looked at that and my says Omega
at the drop down header doesn't come up
are you able to help further

When I filled out the registration form and put Dunvant in I didn't realise that it would come up as my name . My question is can this be changed ???
You can change your username from your account settings. But please choose carefully as you can only change it once.
When I hover my mouse over your avatar I can see that your real name is Pam.
